Position Available: Experienced Rider for Young Horses (4–6 Years Old) We are looking for an experienced rider for the training and development of our young horses, ages 4 to 6. The role involves regular work with young horses, including flatwork, first jumps, gymnastic exercises, and systematic training aimed at improving balance, rideability, and overall performance. A calm, responsible, and ethicalapproach is essential. Experience in working with young horses is required. Gestüt Am Fuchsgarten, located in the heart of Germany, is a breeding, training, and competition riding stable that has been operating at both national and international levels for over 30 years. With more than 200 horses, including horses of international renown with major successes, forming the foundation of our daily work. We are looking for dedicated employees who are passionate about working with animals. Our operation offers an excellent foundation for working with horses, continuing education on and with the horse, and gaining valuable experience. Our team currently consists of around 15 people, and we would like to continue expanding it. We offer accommodation directly on the farm, and meals (breakfast and lunch) are provided. We are looking for motivated, interested, and flexible employees of all nationalities; the main requirement is a genuine enjoyment of working with and around horses.
