B.E.C is seeking a mature, honest and enthusiastic qualified Senior Instructor with a pleasant and professional attitude! Start date ASAP-May 2026 (Intership also available).Successful applicants will hold appropriate International equestrian qualifications and have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a riding school of up to 20 horses. The following requirements apply:

Have previously worked as a riding school Instructor, preferably in various Countries including Asia. Capable of training & schooling horses and ponies.(up to 172cm 62kg) Fit and Healthy, non-smoker non-Vaper! Have competed in all disciplines, up to Elementary Dressage. Have a good knowledge/standard of horse and yard care. Willing to teach beginners to advanced level in all Dressage and Showjumping. Confident and mature personality and able to adapt and respect different cultures. Prepare lesson plans & assessments. Work in a team consisting of various nationalities. Be a strong and enthusiastic rider, hard working and most importantly have an unconditional passion for both horses and riding. Working visas and accommodation provided.
