Are you a passionate equestrian professional ready for an exciting new challenge? We’re looking for an exceptional Yard Manager to lead the team at Stag Lodge Stables — one of London’s most iconic riding schools, set on the beautiful Richmond Park with approximately 20 horses and ponies.

THE ROLE

A hands-on management position covering the day-to-day running of our hacking stables. You’ll lead a team of 12, organise daily yard tasks, teach a select number of riders each week, oversee horse health and welfare, conduct weekly tack checks, mentor junior staff, ensure H&S compliance, and make sure every client receives a 5-star experience.

✔ Passionate about horses and outstanding client care

✔ BHS qualifications a bonus — not essential

✔ Own transport required (no accommodation on site)

HOURS

Weekdays 8:30am–6pm | Weekends 7:30am–5pm

Days off: Monday & Thursday | 1hr lunch daily
