Live-In Farm Positions for a Working Couple (Thoroughbred Pre-Training Yard)

We are seeking a dedicated married or cohabiting couple to join our thoroughbred pre-training yard in West Sussex. This is a live-in position, with accommodation on site.

Position 1: Experienced Rider (Partner 1)

• Responsibilities: Daily riding and exercising of young thoroughbreds, supporting their early training, and ensuring the horses’ welfare.
• Requirements: Advanced riding skills, experience with thoroughbreds, and a passion for early race training.

Position 2: Tractor & Farm Maintenance Specialist (Partner 2)

• Responsibilities: Operating tractors, managing fieldwork, and maintaining the farm infrastructure essential to pre-training routines (fencing, machinery upkeep, etc.).
• Requirements: Experience with farm equipment, a mechanical aptitude, and proactive maintenance skills.
