Zuma’s Rescue Ranch

The equine care professional will work closely with the Barn Manager to ensure the smooth daily operations of Zuma’s Rescue Ranch. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to oversee interns, volunteers, and special events.

Experience in barn experience or equine care (prior leadership experience preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple operations efficiently. Excellent communication skills to work with staff, volunteers, and event participants. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
