Quiet Rein Farm in New Milford CT is looking for a qualified person to assist in the organization and management of 40 horses as well as the instruction of young riders and adults alike, both boarders/lease clients, and community lesson program students. QRF is a professional, supportive, drama-free atmosphere with wonderful opportunities to ride, teach, show, and learn the ins and outs of the horse business. We are happy to tailor a position to the right candidate, as proper fit is important to us and our barn family. Competitive pay which could include a stall, showing opportunities, or leasing if desired. Our vibe is unique and we love our current staff, they are one of a kind and each bring something different to the table. The right candidate would be very happy here for many years to come and well taken care!
Requirements
We are truly open to even bringing in a different discipline and horsemanship approach! We are always open to new ideas and so are our horses because they are kind and smart. Western, dressage, eventing, etc do not be scared of our hunter jumper focus!
