Hiring for summer 2026, starting in mid May, when we arrive in NJ, or could start earlier in FL. Private rider looking for a full time groom. Care for 3-4 dressage horses. All normal groom work: feeding, mucking, turnout, grooming, tacking up, cooling out, etc. Looking for someone experienced. If you can lunge horses, that's a plus. You should be comfortable working alone.

My farm is in Lambertville, NJ. Salary starts at $1000/week for experienced grooms, more for FEI level grooms. Sick days and vacation pay included. Housing (for one) is a lovely, one bedroom cottage on the farm. Six days/week, 7-4 + some night check.

Looking for someone experienced with horses, reliable, and who treats horses with kindness. A car will make your life much easier. You must be legal to work in the US. No drugs or drama. No smoking/vaping on the property. A pet might be possible, we can discuss it, but they can not be in the barn. Sorry, but I don't have a stall available for your horse.

I pay in full and on time, and treat people with respect. This can be a year round job for someone who wants to spend half the year in NJ, and half in FL.
