We are seeking an experienced Head of Equine Operations to oversee a private Arabian horse facility in Qatar managing approximately 130 horses including flat racehorses, Show horses, broodmares and young stock.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to ownership and responsible for full operational control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across racing, show and breeding divisions • Supervise Head Grooms and enforce discipline, structure and performance standards • Monitor feeding implementation and control waste in coordination with nutrition plans • Track breeding cycles, foaling schedules and reproductive records • Coordinate race entries, show logistics and official registrations • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems • Ensure welfare standards and operational efficiency • Provide structured weekly operational reports to ownership

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years experience in equine operations management • Experience managing 100+ horses • Experience with Arabian horses preferred • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Experience in GCC region preferred • Fluent English required
