Experienced groom needed to join our team in Loxahatchee, FL for a private Hunter/Jumper AA barn with 8 horses that are a mix of hunters, jumpers and retired. Position is open for immediate start. Applicants must have a gentle touch and handle horses with care and patience. This job requires a degree of strength as applicants must be able to pick up full bales of hay.

Duties include typical groom work, handling general barn tasks, preparing for and grooming at local shows, haul horses in a box van and supporting the daily running of the operation. This is a full-time and year-round position, 5-6 days per week, typically around 40 hours per week (must be available weekends). Must also be available for some night checks on rotation with other staff.

Anything over 40 hours per week pays time and a half. W2 position.
