Live in position to care for property and horses (between 14-20) on lovely 34-acre farm in Westminster, Maryland, including grass cutting, fence repair, snow removal and general landscaping upkeep, with morning and evening horse checks at a minimum. Also possible morning/evening fence-feeding and turn out, seasonal blanketing and fly spray, mucking stalls and run-in sheds.

Job Requirements: at least 3 years of work on horse farms, with experience in:

• Detecting changes in horse behavior, and medical condition
• Ability to administer first aid, including IV and IM injections
• Operating Farm equipment, including horse trailers, tractors, mowers, and gators
• US residency locally in MD, PA, DE or VA and English fluency

This is a part-time to full-time position for a highly responsible and responsive person, compensated with free housing (fully furnished and equipped two bedroom apartment). Pay between $18-$22 an hour depending on experience.

Personal Qualifications: US residency local to Maryland and/or neighboring states of PA, DE, VA , English fluency, strong work ethic, easy-going vibe, sobriety and no smoking, and good references
