About The Facilities: Bryn Mawr Riding Camp's main riding facilities are set on a 50 acre farm in Honesdale, PA. The facilities include a total of 40 stalls, an indoor riding arena, 5 outdoor arenas, acres of trails, and a cross country course. All riding staff live in a large, modern cabin and are provided with full room & board while employed.
Job Description: The primary role of a Group Leader is to oversee the physical and emotional well-being of our campers, and to help guide and oversee our counselors on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities include all aspects of barn care, teaching hunt seat riding lessons, schooling horses as needed, & overseeing campers and counselors.
This can also be used as a paid college internship if needed. English riding experience is necessary.
Dates for 2026: Leadership staff must be available from June 3rd through August 9th. At this time, we do not allow staff to bring their personal horses with them.

Bryn Mawr Riding Camp is an all girls specialty camp for equestrians, and is set on a 50 acre farm in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Our riders range in age from 10 to 15 and level from beginner to advanced. Our horses come from collegiate riding programs from the University of Findlay and Centenary University. Bryn Mawr's riding facilities include 40 stalls, an indoor arena, 5 outdoor arenas, acres of pastures, several trails, and a cross country course. Employment can be used as college internship credit with compatible programs. We are now accepting applications for Summer 2026 & riders of all level are encouraged to apply!
