Seeking a leader that has the work ethic and internal passion to lead our horse program. Work consists of trail rides, training for trails, paperwork and general upkeep of equipment and structure. You should have 1 year of being an asst. barn manager/wrangler at a ranch/location that you have received a written reference. Natural Horsemanship and be able to apply them in action. You must have skills ready to go and be able to adapt & lead by example your staff. One of our Head Wrangler's made it all the way to Parelli's Florida operation so we have a good foundation for career's.
Some stuff on Y&G doesn't give multiple options like bringing a horse and/or smoking. Everything is explained in full detail in our employment package once you apply.

Job Benefits
We offer at no charge 3 meals a day, lodging, utilities and wifi. Paid vacations after set periods of service. In addition to salary you will earn merit pay which averages $3800 per year. Personal animals are on a per applicant basis but typically there is a waiting period.
