Instructor/Wranglers or Intern-Ranch Positions: (Summer part-time)
M&M Ranch is looking for experienced horse people to join our team! We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn & passionate about the care of horses.

Summer horse clinics-overnight (July) and day (June) summer program.
- Clinics and programs - (8-12 Youths) Some duties may include helping with our riding programs, teaching, and mentoring youth students during clinics or programs. Also working with the horses, feeding & Barn attendant etc.
REQUIREMENTS ARE: (Age 18+) CPR & First Aide Certification Required prior start of employment.
Positions: Ranch Intern (non-paid -Position:) No horseback riding experience necessary but must be comfortable being around horses & outdoors. Training will be required.
Positions: Wrangler/Instructor Position (Pre-Training will be required)
- Competent rider, capable of teaching youth Beginner to Advance, lots of experience with horse, excellent physical condition, ability to perform barn chores.
**Schedule: **
*Prefer applicant lives within 30-40 min from ranch.
- Be available 2 Sat/month a.m., 2-4 weekday/month p.m.
- Be available 3-5/month a.m. - help horses and barn attendant.

Requirements
Wrangler/Instructor or Ranch Assitant : (paid position if qualified)
Summer Position: Must be available to work at all the overnight clinics and training. See website for date of summer programs. As well as being available to help with the riding program/lessons throughout summer.
Have a high degree of self-motivation and have experience with and be comfortable leading western-style horseback rides to all.
Keeping all equipment, the stables, arena, horse barn, and help keep supplies organized and in good repair, and work with horses.
CPR & First Aide Certification Required prior to start employment.
Staff who are wholesome role models, share common values and are dedicated to youths.
Assisting and/or leading on or off-ranch trips, activities, programs, and special events.
Applicants will need to fill out an application & plan to come to M&M Ranch for a personal interview/trial before summer program starts. Part of the interview will be working with the horses, students & lessons.
If more training is needed, we will let you know after the trial period. All Trainings are done on your own time.
If you are not local, videos of your riding skills will be required and interview over phone/Skype.
